Who we are.
At Chalet du Fromage, we don’t just sell cheese: we share a family story that began in the 1980s, when my father arrived in Switzerland and discovered the art of artisanal cheese-making. For over 40 years, our family has lived in tune with the rhythm of the markets, local producers, and traditions.
